Rideshare program does not work or I need instructions

I have gone to [b]The rideshare system [/b]and tried to plug in the times to offer a ride.

However, it does not save my post. WHY?? Is there something I need to do extra?

The instructions in the sticky said I need to create another login and password for it, but I cannto even find that. PLEASE HELP!!!! What do I do?
