Thursday volunteering at BRC

Post by abnormallook » Fri Aug 22, 2008 5:21 pm

This will be the first time I am attending BM. Most of my friend who are veterans are not going. I am coming on Thursday because of work so, it is late to volunteer for most camp. If anyone still need help for the last 3 days, let me know!

You could still volenteer for lamplighters, perhaps.
And Robbidobbs could use help on potty patrol.
Anyway, you can go to Playa Info on playa and see if anyone is looking for volenteers.

But it may take you a day or two to get acclimatized, so you may not get that chance. Don't push yourself too hard. And you will want to see the city.

By the end of the week, some people wander off from what they were doing or get exhausted.
Start with what you are most interested in doing, or best for, and work your way down.
Someone will need help somewhere.

I believe there's also a volunteer desk set up at the Center Camp Cafe. They'll find something for you.
Irony. You're soaking in it.

True. I don't know if they will be open that late in the week.
No need to limit yourself to their options either.
