What to do with whole wheat flower?

I while back I read a post about a camp thats gonna be cooking pancakes or waffles. They humbly asked for donations of flour and such. I have a 5 pound bag of flour and a can of Rumford baking powder packed (somewhere) but now I don't remember what camp will be serving this treat.
Anybody remember the name of the camp.
We all have to go through what we gotta go through to get to where we are going.
