why the heck can't people who complain about the burn SPELL correctly?

i'm noticing a trend.

this was my 9th burn. i hope to never run into you... because god help your sorry ass if i do.

Did anyone else notice the barbed wire around the upper base of The Man this year?
Like the concertina wire around the freeway signs on LA freeways.

I hope no one thinks I am a Badger Troll. I don't even know the guy.

I was thinking about being a Ranger next year. A good friend of mine is a long time Ranger. But he is the only one I know. I met a bunch of them on the playa this year. But I only know one and have never even met this Badger guy. He may be an asshole too. I have no idea. Rangers are people too. If you guys know more about that guy then maybe that adds to the story. It sounds like he has a little bit of a reputation. You don't get that for nothing.

Sounds like a part 3 to me.

Fact of the matter is, I was hoping this was a Badger bash but it's not.

I would still recommend this movie to anyone.

If you want to know more about the rangers, you could start a thread and ask.
I have probably met Badger on the playa but without knowing who he was, as is usually the case.

The worst behavior I have seen by rangers is sometimes being a little over eager.
I had one keep ordering me not to drive in "bad" conditions, while other vehicles came and went.
He was very hostile and threatened to call the blm if I left.
He never did tell me when he decided it was clear enough.
I could have ignored him and would if it happened again.

I saw someone being taken to psych because everyone thought he was nuts, and the rangers wouldn't believe he was just drunk.

Often I end up helping the rangers do something or other, like clearing bikes, holding a perimeter.

All the rangers I know are very nice, but of course, it's under stress that it gets hard.

I met Seadog while dealing with what was at best, uncomfortable events.
He took the time to find out what was going on and very quickly realized he'd been lied to.
He was clear and polite about what was going on.
He was also very clear about what a ranger could and could not do.
He was in a rush because he was supposed to be leaving or something, but except for that, was as perfect as anyone could be.

I agree with the spelling comment, however, I'm assuming by your post that punctuation and sentence structure aren't important.

How could this idiot be a 2-year burner and not know there are rules about driving?
Being unable to find A street is enough to indicate you shouldn't be driving at all.
And, A street was clearly marked with signs saying it was a pedestrian-only street as well.

The rules and a map are handed to you at the gate when you arrive. Not realizing there are any rules qualifies one as extremely ignorant.

My camp is full of Rangers, including a 007, and I heard about this guy that ran over Badger's foot. My hat's off to Badger, he's stout enough to pound most people yet didn't when most of us of less heft would have gone for it anyway.

Evicting the guy was absolutely called for.

You and me both. I still don't know wtf happened but I gather that someone decided to go out to the hot springs even though they are clearly off limits and Badger told them to GTFO at which point they became pissy and started driving their car up and down Esplanade calling Badger all sorts of names. They are lucky Badger didn't eat them alive.
