Cool! Thanks for the moop observation. I was curious about that.

I forgot to pack my cup...left it, filled with coffee, on the counter as we tore out of the driveway off to the playa. So I got to think about it a lot. The cup should be part of the culture, the way goggles are. Some people bring different goggles or sunglasses to match their costume or mood. There should be such emphasis on the playa grail.

I still have plastic shotglasses from Voodoo Shooting Gallery. Hell, I still have parade cups from Mardi Gras 1997. They're great gifting items... can be modified, customized, decorated or whatever.

Disposable cups suck. I caught one blowing down the street, washed it out, sterilized it with ethanol and used it all day Friday and Saturday, so I guess at least that one didn't suck as much as the jackass that dropped it.

go one step further - find something you love (mine's a stainless steel thrift store goblet), decorate/attach carabiner, keep in your car, use EVERY time you go somewhere they're going to use disposables - parties, festivals, soccer games, wherever...bring it to the default world, burners!
