Who would you like to meet on the playa?

I was just thinking about all of the people that post here on eplaya and which one's I might like to actually meet to put a face to the name and their posts. I wonder how many of us actually know or have met some or any of the people that post here from the playa.

I've sort of been putting a mental list together of those who's posts I've read or replied to that I might like to actually meet-up with on the playa next year.

Most of the people I actually 'know' from BM are from the camp I started with and to my knowledge, none of them post here.

Anyone else ever think about this?

I posted the same thing several years ago on eplaya. It's how the idea "eplaya meet and greet" happened.
But you'd know that already if you read as much of eplaya as I have over the years.

You are kind of new aren't you? They've had an Eplaya meet and great for years...

Yup! Only been posting here for a few months now; right after coming back from my second burn--so I'm a relative newbie there too. I'll do a search for more info on the meet-n-greet and be sure to put in on my agenda for 2009!!

Any links to good threads on the meet-n-greet? I'm sure it would help other newbies too.

My bookmarks are in San Fran at the moment and I am in LA at the moment so.......

Best way for me to steer you would be to check my "original Digiman" link in my sig and look for "Defacto"
I believe if memory serves me correct, it was my sock Defacto that came up with the thread. but either way you will see the exact title you just created with either name on it.

You can also ask Dr. Pyro since he hosts the meet and greet.
