Is there a Moop Map out for this year yet? I have seen them for the past years but cant find one for 2008.

Although i did read somewhere that when this years moop map come sout there will be a bunch of pictures and such for each area, so people can see what was left....whether or not this was a lie i have no idea.

Last year's MOOP Map was highly interactive, with photos of lots of different MOOP items left behind. I imagine this year's will be similar and won't likely be available publicly for a couple of months.

Distressed to see we appear to be yellow. This makes me sad, as we spent a lot of time on cleanup. We did leave a couple of campers in our space when the bulk of us left... hmmm......

We are green too - even though 3/4 of our campmates bailed early this year. - They walked around like they were busy, and bsically disappeared. assholes.

Actually, most of the kids were dressed to some extent, mine about half the time. He did love the pee bottle thats for sure. I was surprised we were yellow though. While we didnt have an organized moop line that I'm aware of, I saw others, including myself police the area so i'd be curious what it was that caused us to be yellow.

Actually, there is a lot more that they grade you on besides moop. Like scars to the playa--those caused by tires going through wet playa and leaving marks, burn scars, and basically anything that causes the playa to look different than it looked before you camped there. That's why a rake and shovel come in handy to take care of those scars. One of the camps in our village was so POd last year because they were given a yellow that they actually called the earth guardians in to pre-inspect, which is where we learned these things. That is why we had gotten yellow in the past but got green this time around.

Oh and the "piss clear" thing is a myth. Keep hydrated yes, but if your piss is clear all the time, you will be diluting your body fluids and flushing out needed salts and nutrients--not a good thing. A better rule is drink when you are thirsty.
