I wonder if Olbermann or Maddow will pick that up and run with it.

McCain will suck your dick for your vote:

In Iowa, McCain Warms to U.S. Role Promoting Ethanol
By Larry Rohter

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — John McCain lost the Iowa Republican caucus in part because he has always opposed government subsidies for growing corn ethanol, a position not popular in a state synonomous (sp) with corn.

But at a rally here Sunday afternoon, Mr. McCain seemed to suggest that government has a role in promoting corn ethanol.

McCain/Palin have been pushing an 'All of the above' strategy regarding our energy needs.

I happen to believe Obama will be a great president too. Hell, with all the mess this current administration will be leaving behind he can be no less than stellar to get it cleaned up.

Any kid from kindergarten can do a better job than this current administration.

If you want to disagree with that fact then maybe you need to do some rethinking.

I am the first to admit being wrong. I've been wrong many times in the past and I'm sure I'll be wrong many times in the future. The goal isn't to be right 100% of the time. If you can be consistantly right just 51% of the time you will always come out ahead.

I doubt that I'll have to. He'll be considered great if he just restores the status quo. He has a tremendous job ahead of him. He has to clean up all of the Bush mess before he will be able to move forward.

nope, not a pun. A pun, IMHO, would be referencing living in an obamanation, or calling in the "obamanator" or something using his name as part of it..........

I was referring to AZ's seeming "statement of fact" about Obama being the best..........so, it would seem a prediction.........

you say you believe, and so, are stating an opinion, which, of course is very valid.
and, if he is elected, I sincerely hope you both are correct.

I have my doubts, for many reasons.........
You're assuming, IMHO, he can break down all the entrenched corruption, nepotism, vitriolic partisanship, in congress, bypass the supreme court, negate lobbyist influence, remain resolute against what will be an expected "paying back" to his ardent supporters with pork barrel spending........certain groups in particular, I'm sure.
He may or may not get the rest of the world leaders on board with him, who knows.........

It'll be tough for whomever is elected, again, I reference anyones judgment even wanting this job.........

do people really think the bubble that's now bursting has just been created in the last 8 years? 15 years?
I'd propose it's been building since the 90's and the dotcom thing......

IMHO, of course.

the approval rating of congress is ... what?

i fear congress more than even obama and mccain, if you want to know the truth. they are fuck-ups, and should be tossed out ... many republicans are getting out because of this, but the democrats stay ... and the media is totally ignoring this.

i don't think it's as simple as
he is the president and I believe he was """VOTED IN""" to make this country a better place was he not?
either. it's a big world, and shit happens ...

but, i have said before and i will say it again ... i always support the president, because i believe he will have a lot of shit to deal with that i sure as hell would not want to have to wake up to every morning. if the dems do well, great. but if they fuck things up even worse, i will want to see some people around here ADMIT IT.

Maybe not, ygmir, but that's no reason for those in the interim not to take action when they see things going down a bad course.

finally the chinese brain washing is taking effect!

"I've been tested, I sat on a runway ready to drop the bomb on cuba!"
"I've been tested" I sat on a runway! I'm ready to drop the bomb!"
"I've been tested" I sat in congress. I'm ready to drop the bomb!"
"I've been tested" I Sat in congress I'm ready to drop the bomb on.."
"I've been tested" I'm sitting in the white house ready to drop the bombs on russia!
"I've been tested" America, today, just 20 minutes ago, I launched the first wave of attack on Russia. The Bombs are just seconds from annihilating our long time adversary, Russia!

I passed the test!

finally the Chinese brain washing had taken effect on open mindedness!

What ever happened to "The Buck Stops Here"? It happened on Bush's watch--he owns it.

And PLEASE do not forget that BOTH houses of congress and the president were REPUBLICAN--no wonder their ratings are so low.
