The Bestest part of Burningman too is the fact that you can dance like no ones watching....more'as...that idea in a bigger picture is you can be who you are...completely and undefaulted!

You go to burningman to GO OUT and see the art and the people.

I just read all the latest posts and I would not be on this site unless if I wasn't seeking information and understanding. Maybe I am tooo sincere for some people but please please do not accuse me of Lying about this thread. Life is too goddamn short to waste it on trivial writing on a forum that is completely pointless.

You don't know me and you all can believe anything you want but all I have written is true. I even commented that I realize it sounds like a bad movie because I can step outside myself to see that.

I have come here for help and for the most part you guys have given it to me. I appreciate it. The info was one sided (from bf) I am open minded enough to come here. So I ask the same from you.........and even though initially bf sounds like a pc of crap for what he did and things that seem like obvious lies, I don't judge until my emotions are controlled enough to use my head..........

I just find it odd that you are laying it out here on a public board and basing his lies on info from people that donâ€™t know you, him or anyone involved.

Another thing I am deeply offended by, is that someone said I could be anti-bm??? That is so far from the truth that I had to smile when I read it (oh speaking of smiling, some of you guys posted some funny shit on here that made me laugh in the mist of feeling bad about this situation, thanks:))

There is also poisoning from Uranium and pesticides meant for the Iraqis that blew back onto the troops. But this is NOT news here in America home of Agent Orange. Some of the stuff going around labeled gulf war syndrome is contagious and other diseases are not.

"Gulf War Syndrome" is something that any somatic oddities of a Gulf War vet get lumped under, but doesn't seem to have any statistical reality. If there were an infectious agent, chances are that it would have spread pretty widely into the general population by now.

I haven't followed the 'gulf war syndrome' thing too closely at all and only know two people that were in that war, both of which are healthy. I know how it was in the war that I was in, and the only thing I am aware that some of the vietnam era troups had was PTSD.

My take on GWS was that it was more psychological than physical--same with PTSD; and because of the current trend of all of these new mental and physical 'syndromes' that seem to be invented by drug companies to sell their meds; and the whole 'attitude' of gen X or what ever they are called; I don't place much credence in it.

But understand that is my personal opinion based on my experience and not based on any factual medical or conspiratorial knowledge at all.

BlueAngel - I think you mis-read my post...I wasn't saying that you were anti-BM, not at all. IMHO, a supportive stay-at-home partner(you) would not *need* to be lied to about the experience.

Then again, I didn't see my partner for most of the week. But I chase art cars. That tends to keep me separated from everyone and everything (wait, why am I at the deep end?!!)
