i thought the machines were the stupidest idea ever, but they were pushed big-time by the mainstream media when a bunch of old people in florida voted for buchanan instead of gore on those butterfly ballots ... then we had the hanging chads ...

how much money was spent on those things? my voting precinct just stopped making the butterfly ballots and installed inka-dot things instead of the punch outs ... and it cost a lot less... and there's a reliable paper trail ...duh...

one more reason to ignore the idiots in the MSM...
