Somehow watching this video, makes me wonder how these people are doing today.
What their lives must be like.
If they are alive still.
All due to "a little mistake" made by a few that thought what was, was not, so they say.

These are the streets of Iraq before the invasion.
For a lot of those who are undecided and or are skeptical about Obama, think about this, I seriously dont think he would make "a little mistake" like this.

I agree in part with this, DVD.
But, I don't see pictures there of the gassed villagers, raped and murderd (by uday and kusay, sp?) girls, cowering citizens afraid to speak their truth,
on and on..........women punished for crimes committed against them........etc, etc........

not saying invading was ok, but, don't paint it like a utopia, either............

I guess you'd be ok with what was there?

At least they kept what they were doing under wraps.

Also, I don't think they kept it secret, since, it was part of the terror mechanism they used to hold on to power..........
Does it make it "better"? well, I guess that's moot............

I would also disagree America has no shame......I think a large part of US society has expressed regret and shame over this action.........

sitting bitching about things that can't be changed is somewhat a waste of time.
Learn from mistakes, try not to repeat them, and, move on...........remember, but, don't dwell there..........IMHO anyway.......

Yes, I'd agree he kept the tribes off eachother, though.......so, I guess 100's K gassed, executed, tortured, whatever is well worth it........

I'd probably vote to stay out of the whole region, find our own oil, let 'em at eachother and deal with the winner.......
