That's when it's time to go out for a run or hit the gym hard.
My first partner chose to end our 10 year relationship that way. It would only be an option for me if I could no longer enjoy a good quality of life. Other than that, can't ever see it as an option for me. Hell part of the fun of living is finding ways to deal with all the shit. Shit is going to happen anyway, might as well consider them challenges rather than obsticles.
