*walks in to bar, slow and gingerly (not maryann), puts coffee on, looks for ibuprofen*
anyone was an IBP?
I had a volleyball end of season tournament yesterday, 15 games......I'm to old and fat for this....but love it. We ended up second place, partly due to my pulling a hamstring in the quarter finals, and, having no replacement player, had to gimp around, since, I'm the setter........by the second game in the finals, I could hardly move.........
ah well, coffee, IBP, and brandy, even if ya don't feel better, ya don't care.

G'mornin Ygmir! Sorry to hear about the hamstring pull ...thats gotta sting!
Ya, actually felt like we got SOMETHING done yesturday....even if it was just getting the dr.pepper trailer poarked back in its place after sitting in the middle of the back yard for 3 weeks.
Did more designing of our soon to be "New Bar" in the house, over cocktails last night.
Our Thanksgiving week will be filled with drywall dust(more familarly known as bleached out playa dust), and major construction in the livingroom and office.
We're bulding walls and knocking them down...woo hoo...and 2nd stage of remodel is happening at Lemmongrad!
(1st was the Stitchers n Bitchers "lil' shop of Burners" workshop)
We're installing a 125 salt water fish tank in the back bar area as well!!
It will really open up the livingroom, and give us a place to finally unpack all our bar goodies that have been packed away for a yr n half!
Hoping, post-construction, to be able to find 2 large cool sofa's, one being a pull out for the livingroom to host our burner buds in the summer.
I tell ya....finding space, sometimes ya just gotta crawl in a closet for a minute...AH! There it is! The closets!
Ya'll have a great MONDAY!~

I used to make granite counter tops, before semi-retirement...........lots of folks go crazy during a remodel..........good thing you two have eachother to lean on.......or hit with sticks.........hahaha
Dang, I wish I knew you were looking for a good pullout couch..........I had one........
well,
here's a cup o joe..........cream?

hehhee PO-ArKing!
Cream please....Thank you.
Its actually not going to be as daunting (I HOPE) as most remod's.
Just build one wall to split a room in half(we will wait on installing 2 new windows in place of the one, till spring).
And knocking the backside of said room out. as well as knocking the backside of 2 pretty useless closets out. And cutting hole in between support beams for bar top/see through.
Finish work should be realitively easy?
hmmm....granite....ahhhhh.....I wish!
I swear if this sinus headache doesnt hurry up and go AWAYYYYYY The first thing I will drill is the sore spot between my eyeballs!
MUST GET PRESSURRRRRRRRRRRE OUT!
UHGGGGGGGGG!
Nope, this will be low budget, high manpower type job!
