Seems like it's a state prison issue; small potatoes considering what they should be indited for on the federal level.

Interesting that it was Texas, no?

I don't really know what to say at this early stage; let's see how it plays out and keep our fingers crossed.

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

THANK YOU!

Fishy gets it right again!

Lets repeat this again:
fishy wrote: The charge is sort of underwhelming, and the whole may end up looking like a piece of petty vindictiveness, rather than the high crimes and misdemeaners that would be the proper inditement for hte whole administration.

NOTE:

"...high crimes and misdemeanors." is TREASON: Hence the definition of the word;

Main Entry:
trea·son Listen to the pronunciation of treason
Pronunciation:
\ˈtrē-zən\
Function:
noun
Etymology:
Middle English tresoun, from Anglo-French traisun, from Latin tradition-, traditio act of handing over, from tradere to hand over, betray — more at traitor
Date:
13th century

1 : the betrayal of a trust : treachery 2 : the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign's family

------------------------------------------------------

Treason according to the constitution of the United States:

http://www.constitution.org/constit_.htm

Section. 4. The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

I have been calling for TREASON now on eplaya for how many years? :x

If you look in the Politics thread I have been saying Federal prison would be the wrong place for these folks. They need STATE PRISON.

Well don't forget if these acts occured while in office then it would carry a higher offence like Obuse of Office and felony charges would most like be charged if they aren't already.
