Oooooooooo..... Flaming Dr Peppers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients
1 oz (3 cl) amaretto
0.5 oz (1.5 cl) Bacardi 151 or Everclear
1/2 pint (8 oz, 24 cl) beer
Glass
Pint glass
Shot glass

Instructions
In a single shot glass, delicately pour the 1/4 shot of Bacardi on top of the 3/4 shot of Amaretto being careful to avoid mixing the 2 ingredients together.
When ready, use a match to ignite the Bacardi in the shot glass and drop the shot into the half pint of beer.
The drink should be quickly consumed immediately following the dropping of the shot into the beer.

Use caution when making flammable cocktails as the flame can often be invisible......... Safety 3rd!!!!!!.................

Ok... just a small message to peeps, who might be wondering why there are both bars at top of discussion page... I brought up Vol2 for Riskey to see...Then people kept posting...in Both.
Hmmm I started thinking about it...this is FUNNER....2 bars right across the street from each other...hmmm? feels like Home in a BOX!

Ok so we got the old fishtank broke down and moved out'a the way....Marked the measurements on the wall with chalkline...and come next Friday will proceed to get the office completely cleaned out for the new BACK wall on the new BACK bar to be installed!

So how the hell is everyone BTW?

So trying to find the perfect name for said bar....

We are Lemmongrad north, so named by fellow Burners.
We know we want it to be a salty bar...har har....As it will contain a 125 gallon salt water tank(back bar area) with a Bar sink on the right, and a small nook on the left.
A pyrat bar....
I looked up pirate names on Wik...but nothing totally caught my eye or heart?

The livingroom door way will be pulled out 1 foot(for a bottle rack) and making the doorway 3 ft wide instead of the 2 ft we have right now.
The bar top will be 5 feet 9 inchs long,3 ft 5 in from floor to top of bar.
There is another closet just around the corner into hallway. that will be a doorway as well, but probly leave it the 2 ft???
