remodel the Livingroom/office throw in a bar, cut down tree, leave 9 ft for sculpting, back to remodel ...dont have enough room, build new closet for crap, back to cleaning up wood out front, oh YEAH....knock down wall for bar, woops, make ham for Thanksgiving, back to closet, paint new shelves, ahckkkkkk....

The impending house wants, all of which are on hold because my loving mylarry spent too much on me this year:

New toilet upstairs, new kitchen counters and sink, refinish the front room wood floor and maybe the hall and bedrooms too, then paint the upstairs rooms, repaint the guest room, tile the basement living room floor, new sink in the basement, new hot water heater, new patio/storage area behind the garage and maybe a hot tub, more blown-in insulation, and fix the gutters and raised garden beds out back.

Brilliant idea, SailMan. Can we do homes in the South when its cold up here? And the ones in the North when its too warm down there.

Once we're done the ones on this continent, we can start on Europe.
