Hey, YG I could go for some a that coffee.
No turkey for me till the weekend. Instead I've spent a good portion of the day slaving away making tomato sauce. It's sooo much work, but it tastes soooooo good. That and I gotta get the tomatoes out of the freezer so I have room the next time we send a cow to the butcher.
Oh yea YG I finally got around to getting the honey for that mead I was talking bout. There'll be enough for four batches (62 lbs

). The first one's going to be pomegranate. Anyone have suggestions for the other three?

I"m thinking of making a batch of elderberry........and blueberry........
What I need to find, now, is my recipe....dang, I thought I had it in a folder........I can't remember the ratio of honey to water..........
I got my SS beer kegs for brewing, etc.......I use an air lock during fermentation.......
I also ordered 6 gallons of Everclear, to make some absinthe............
gotta keep the drinks flowin, even if we end up living in a "mad max" society........BM year round.......probably a blend.......
