hey jet, i've got 10 gallons of mead brewing right now. should be ready about February. after secondary fermentation i plan to split it off into gallons and flavor them all differently. i thought pomegranate would be good, even though i've never tried it. i also want to make batches of black cherry, carrot, cinnamon/nutmeg, basil, and blue berry. this will be my first flavored mead. a friend who makes some really tasty mead tells me it's best to wait until after fermentation to add the flavors. I think i might also make a batch of bacon mead for the burn.
