Hey Moesgurlie,
Sounds like your an optician, right? I 'm an optometrist here in Santa Fe NM, I tried to help out at the med tents this year, but have a bunch of credentialing stuff to do to be effective next year. I gave out eye drops to people as they needed, but your idea of repair/adjustments/contacts sounds like fun. Let me know what you come up with and maybe we can team up to help the folks in need.

I would only suggest that you build a cart of some kind and go to the masses. Like hanging out near ice camps or center camp.
You are more likely to get a better response and help more people that way.

Splendid idea my good burner!!

Moesgurlie, let me be the umpteenth person to tell u I think u have hit upon a way cool idea. do it, heh heh heh DO IT!
Excuse me Ma'am, your going to feel a small prick.

Spoon River Anthology from 1915, by Edgar Lee Masters.
A burning man version of that piece might be interesting.

So I am getting inspired to go back to BurningMan this year. I am right now thinking of theme camps that I can start or join...
