We have snow today, but it is the dreary needly wet stuff under bleak grey skies. I'm baking cookies and bread, trying to take the chill off the house. Need to get the tree up, but don't really have the heart for it.

G'mrnin....sorry I had no recount of festivities yesturday...had to nappppppppp alot!

Yes, indeed...a great time was had by all....'cept my beloved titwi!!! What a guy, pays for all of us to have fun without him!!! He got emergency call in to work...5pm to 2 am!! I still feel the guilt.
Party starts off at The Santa Suite...we rock the suite for 3-4 hours first off, cocktails and bunches of yummy hor' de dorves.Head downstairs to a stretch Hummer like Limo and pile 15 santa clad peeps into it!

So...yup we had a fantastic time, although we did do it very different this year...
Normally we take the map! This yr that was not included in anyones prep. So we just kinda marandered around the bars and wherever there was clad peeps.
With DJ Santa(Mister jelly Fish), flasks full, and a great bunch of peeps, we really were a party to be reakoned with!
Trippin the reno streets fantastic...13(yup we lost Killbuck n Nilasnake to the chocolate bar)... Christmas clad peeps dancing to Christmas Techno mixes! Come up on a bar, a couple of us would go in...the rest of us would grab a stranger' and start the boogie woogie!
Midnight at the Reno sign was fun fun funny! See, I get to laugh at you Mister JellyFish, cause "I" was the group drunk last year, (Takes 2007 crown off,Carefully puts 2008 drunk crown on Jelly's head)...
So here we are, got ourselves as close to the arch as we could about an hour before midnight countdown, figured we could all go in and out of lil' bars right out front of archway....
We go to the Lil' Nugget...go inside, some of us head to the bar, and I cant help but head towards the smell of fresh french fries, back to the back to the Awful Awful...Jelly following Pinemom for safety sakes...I prop him up on a trash can and proceed to order up a basket of french fries to feed our masses, (Jelly slips down off the trash can, people prop him back up...music plays on....)Go to get our order and some guys hands us a couple more basket of fries... we now have enough fries to feed a army...of drunks!
Jelly needs air, so I drop off fries with our group, and whisk the Jellyman outside for some cool crispy Reno air.
Prop him up sitting next to a tree. He then proceeds to not feel so well...sure enough...the dream that all have...he pukes in a Virginia street gutter! CLASSIC!!!!!!!
Captn nipples and OneeyedDick are standing there with jelly now too...Risky, Velvetina and I wanna go over by the arch, leave Jelly w/ Dick n C'N. Come back about 20 minutes later to see that Jelly is STANDING!!! YEAH!, well upon closer inspection, we see that indeed he is standing because the boys hung him up on the tree fence!! hahahahahahahahahahhaaaa
He looks over at me and whispers...~Pinemom, get me down please~?.
Ok....Dick and I pull him off the fence. (picture back pack rack, hung on rod iron tree protecting fence)
Ok...now we all gotta pee...so across the street to Harrahs were the latreen's are right inside the doorway, 95% of our group is walking down the entry way to Harrahs, I turn around to see where the hell is rest of group....Risky and Jelly are still on Virginia street, (what are they doing????)
As they come around the corner...finally....she says, he was peeing!!!! ON HARRAH'S FENCE, RIGHT ON VIRGINA STREET!!! (he is sooooo damn lucky to not have gotten arrested!!!! and it wasnt one of those quik pisses, it was a drunk, havent pee'd in 3 hours lots of whiskey and beer pisses!)
Get through the potty break and regroup...decesion to head back to the suite.
Lighting leggs just got off work and is going to meet up with us on Virginia...we send Jelly with OneeyedDick n leggs in their car, and the rest of us head out to seek Taxi's to get us back.
We got 8 of us left...a small cab pulls up...and we smash all 5 of us gals in! Leave the boys to fend for themselves.
I will let Dick tell the tale of getting Jellyfish to their car... I heard the tale, and laffed...but better told by whomever was actually with Jelly at the time.
We get back to the hotel, and of course costumes fall to the ground and Hot tub is a fillin.....4 of us get in....then Dick shows up...drops trow and litterily JUMPS IN!!!!!
More cocktails,smoke and merriment all sung to the tune of jelly fish singing the blues in the bathroom!
I finally hit the hay...the rest of the night will have to be told by Velvetina as she was the last soldier standing!
