The cops I saw were not playing. Curiosity makes me ask. I guess some questions cannot be answered.

I've seen some very suspicious characters around.

They kinda lurk in the shadows. I haven't really seen any suspicious authority figures around...But I have seen some wild people acting down-right strange.
But out there, many people may seem a little strange.

But there are those people out there out just seem to stand out and seem out of place.

paranoid newbies.

Not everyone at BM is there to have fun. There are ALOT of different police agencies including DEA, local police, local sheriffs and other law enforcement agencies that are brought in from the West coast.

Maybe they were stalking you ?? haha

Curiosity killed the cat you know. Just ignore the things you don't understand, they might be space aliens. What drugs where you on at the time of this hallucination? and if you were not on drugs that explains everything. (I think you saw French security)
