WHY? Why would Israel hit an American ship? There are pictures from the first Jet and there is no Flag visable.

Ok, now I am hoping you will tell me the reasoning behind not accepting that it probably was a mistake.

And as I indicated in another post, we should understand who we both are, I asked if you are Muslim, (you ignored the entire post). The reason for this question is so that I don't say something that might offend you. I would instead wish to come to an understanding then come to blows.

My mother, through no fault or doing of mine was Jewish.

There are a shit load of witnesses that state in the documentary from both the Americans and the Israeli military that say the flag was flying. This post is not directed to DVDBurner but to everyone else. So DVDBurner if you would please stop reading now..

Ok, I did watch the film about the Liberty and from the perception of the crew Israel knew it was an American ship. There is a part where one of the crew members says he remembers hearing the flag waving in the breeze.

Still I have to ask why. I cannot defend Israel, I know nothing about how the govt opporates, but I can try and make logical sense out of the events. If you put it all in context. Israel was at war with 4 other countries. The event with the Lincoln took less then one hour. There is undisputed evidence that when an Israeli pilot read the numbers of the side of the ship they called off the air strike.

So, who knows. but lets discuss the possiblities.

Lets assume that Israel was so paranoid that they attacked the ship because they thought we were giving info to the enemy. If that was the case and they knew it was an American ship, rather then trying to sink it, it would make more sense to disable it.

Another reason I have a problem with the reporting of the liberty incident is how the next item after saying it was an intentional attack is to show how Jews control our govt. Without a pause in breath it is said that Israel both killed American's then controled everyone so that it would be ok.

India can relate to Israel as they are subjected to attacks from a neighboring area.

Ok, I jumped around a little, but I just wanna make sure that DVDBurner ignored my post above.
