Where in San Francisco can one buy a used bicycle???

New to Burning Man. Wondering about any suggestions anyone have about where or how I can get a used bicycle. And cheap would be good as I understand the desert really breaks down the bicycle. Any thoughts? :?:

Head down to the Mission district.
Poke around- below 18th st. seems to be good.

As long as you have no problems with guilt, of course.
You never know how that bike got there, and why it's only $5.00

Yard sales. I always find pretty good bikes at yard sales for a fair ammount of money .

Thrift stores. Garage sales. Plenty of time to find the perfect bike. Possibly for free or under $20.

On April 30th, arm yourself with a big club. Go to Critial Mass. Find the perfect bike. Hit the rider on head with club. Escape other cyclists--irate motorists will be your friends.
