I actually thought he had a legitimate gripe. However, based on how he chose to handle the situation, he has lost any sympathy I might have had for his plight.

Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

I think they should max his credit card with charges and then hold a random drawing to refund other ticket buyers until the limit is reached.

I don't think anyone is guaranteed or owed a low-price ticket no matter when they order it. I almost voted "Don't give a fuck", but decided to vote 'NO!"

I think he has a legitimate reason on a refund. I think if you do as your told and follow the directions as said and you do not get the answer it said it would, then you deserve justice.

I was on the computer right at 10 AM; hit glitches and ended up with a second tier ticket this year...
Well, shit happens when you have thousands of people trying to get through on one site...

Who said the world is fair?

To whine or not to whine is the question...

and if you're gonna whine, why be offensive about it?

He didn't have my sympathy from the get go. He totally went on a bender from post 1. I bought the early release tickets, thinking I had snagged tier 1 tix without so much as a wait, with the not un-expected raise in prices that'll teach me to surf without my glasses on and was later chagrined to see that they were in fact tier 3 tix. Considering I had tier 2 tix last year, and they raised the price on those, I only ended up paying like 40$ more then I would have. No big deal.

However, if one of those postal boobs puts the kibosh on my attempts to mail the playa home again this year, I'm gonna send my wife out to kick somebodies mothers ass

:P
Excuse me Ma'am, your going to feel a small prick.
