Suicide Club

Post by gyre » Mon Jan 12, 2009 10:08 pm

There is a reference to the Suicide Club on Cities of the Underworld tonight.
Are they still active?
Any members online?

This episode is all about San Francisco.
The Mint, Alcatraz, tunnels underneath chinatown, the new reservoir in sunset, bubonic plague and the coverup,

He meets John Law and some of the Suicide Club.
They mask the crew and take them to a bunker underneath the park.
There are a few old photos of the Suicide Club too.

the suicide club is a collective of artists from the SF area.

it later evolved into cacophony.

The Suicide Club was a forrunner of the Cacophony Society which was a big influence on early burningman development.

Or maybe it was a Zeer Pot.

This link is for a book a friend lent me, called Pranks 2. It covered the Suicide Club, as well as others, cacophony society, seemen org., billboard liberation front etc.

how many old-tymee burners does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

answer: It depends on the size of the lightbulb and how fucked up they are, the last lightbulb orgy ended in disaster.

On the news today~
One of those highway warning signs changed to read
"Zombies ahead!
Run for cold climates!!"

Did you know you could do that to those signs?

Hmmm
