Yup...his problem was that he let it become a Kodak moment. Seems like he is developing a pattern--he does something stupid after each Olympics. He got arrested for DUI after the first Olympics and now the pot thing after this one.

It makes sense though. He probably trains so intensively that afterwords he just wants to let his hair down an party.

The guy who took the picture should have sold it or he is adumbass. Phelps should have snatched that camera up and swallowed that SD card, or destroyed said camera.
