I'm not so sure, Doc. It looks like you have the founding fathers on one side and Obama on the other, both looking at the lush, verdant landscape with a sign that (I think) means "For Sale". It looks like it might be a protest of some kind (a float in a parade?) against American Imperialism...

But, damn, with a billboard like that, I could be persuaded.
