Looking for small stuffed animal green amazonian tree frogs

Post by EARTHDOG » Mon Mar 09, 2009 2:07 am

I need to find about a hundred small stuffed animal tree frogs
the green ones with orange hands, or something very close
to it for making a costume piece

What would you like them stuffed with? They excellent with mushrooms. We had an Amazonian cuisine camp three years ago, we might have some frozen.

is the intention of your piece to get hippies to come up to you, agitate you, and then try to lick you?

if so, fucking Brilliant.

stuffed tree frogs

I am making a frog cape for a friend
maybe a couple if I can get enough frogs
they should be about 7 t0 8 inches long
green with orange hands and feet
sorry not stuffed with beans
that would make the cape too heavy
having a frog to lick sounds great
maybe we can convince one of our
amphibian friends to accompany the cape
as an ambassador
thanks

Have you tried a higher end kids toy store? There may be some on eBay or a do a Google search. Have you considered fabric that's printed with frogs and then attaching just a few stuffed one?

I think you could make them in less time than it would take to track down something so specific. Cheaper, ttoo.

I did a quick search and found two places that have them for about $5.00 each.

I bet theres several types of beanie baby frogs as well (but may be considered 'collectibles" now)

when you say stuffed, you mean toy? not actually gutted, stuffed, and mounted?
