Restaurant/Iron Chef on the playa
I was looking into creating a camp that served food, like a restaurant theme, or had "iron chef" type events. I've also heard rumors that some had been shut down for health code violations in prior years. Is this true? Are there any big concerns about fines or such at burning man? How can those concerns be avoided? I'd love to be able to contribute more to the experience than I have in the past...

All in all, I'm okay with health code regulations. Food poisening is not one of my favorite experiences, and on playa the dehydration factor (not to mention the mess it would leave for Robbidobbs) would be a real bummer.
that being said, I love the idea.
