if general, I feel it's not specific enough......

IMHO, you'd need to name all banned posters specifically............and, perhaps, for the time period said ban would be in effect.

and, of course, not just by name, since, there can be many people on earth with the same name, I'd say you'd need address, phone, SSN and a nude description, including pube count, to specify exactly who you mean.
