Eplaya Virgin, Looking to throw fundraiser Party in Monterey

Post by horsecut » Fri Apr 17, 2009 1:52 pm

Hi there!! So I am new to the e-playa but not to Burning Man, I've been three times now and anxiously awaiting this year!

So my camp two years ago brought out our art car, a thirty foot RV, with the roof cutoff, and dancefloor/observation deck installed. Maybe, so of you have some cloudy memories of us from 2007. Then again, maybe not. We couldn't bring her out last year due to gas costs, but Fur Elise (as we call her) will be out again this year with some help from our monterey/santa cruz burner community.

More info to come, about the beach parties, and numerous other stupid events in the future!!! If you want to help or have any bright ideas send me a message.

Welcome to eplaya!

if you do throw a fundraiser, post it in events and regionals forum, and be very clear what you are fundraising for. There's a fine line between community sharing and funding your trip. the community will let you know, LOL.

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me
