You may be right, but I just don't want to jump to the conclusion that their parents did the work for them. The schools were the ones to submit the work, so I suspect that the artwork was done in school. That's the way art contests have been run in my experience.

Still, it is sad to see how many parents are willing to let an opportunity for growth and learning be ruined by having an eye on the prize.
