Second timer - coming from Buenos Aires via NYC & Sacram

Post by sleuth » Mon May 18, 2009 4:42 pm

So, this will be my second year on the playa! I was there in 2007 and had an amazing time that prompted me to move from NYC to Buenos Aires last year... So, now, my trip just got a whole lot more expensive! I'll be coming from Buenos Aires -> NYC -> Sacramento...

The best news is that the love of my life is coming with me for her first time! We're incredibly excited about it. We have an RV rented out of Sacramento, but had some friends back out so we're looking for another couple or some other people to share it with us. Any ideas on where to best post that? We'd also be open to trying to switch reservations with someone who has a smaller RV out of Sacramento and wants a 30" one. (Unfortunately, it's impossible to change at this point.)

Also, any advice on how to join a camp? I was in Tillie's Service Station 2 years ago, but not being in NYC makes it a lot harder.

Thanks so much! We can't wait!

There will be a ride board later this summer. Or there's always craigslist.

This is the San Francisco locale, but you can use it to find Sacramento.

Hey there, welcome to eplaya!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me
