Regs. for giving away coffee?

I want to gift away about 50 pounds ( brewed ) of coffee this year. Do I need to get a food handler's license and if so how do I proceed? I've looked all over the BM site and can't find anything...

...ie contact the theme camp people, explain what you think you want to do, and they will respond with their best guess of how to approach any "art project" which might involve matters of interest to the health department inspectors at the event.
