For those who haven't experienced it, there are horrific landlords.

The only good news is that there seem to be more than there are.
Like bad tenants, bad landlords are always in play.

Bad landlords are very easy to deal with--just move. Or, if your complaint is legitimate, just follow the procedures for setting up an escrow account and pay your rent to the escrow until problems are resolved--landlords hate that.

It is much easier for a tenant to deal with a bad landlord than it is for a landlord to deal with a bad tenant.
