BRC OPTICAL CAMP

Post by moesgurlie » Mon Jun 01, 2009 11:06 pm

i have submitted my application for the BRC OPTICAL CAMP and like everyone else just waiting to see if accepted and where placement will be. So for all you four-eyed burners stop by camp for cleaning, adjustments, repairs, eyedrops, and spares. If I miss you at camp look for my mobile cart out on the playa. If not in need stop by anyway for some nice music, kick your feet up and treat your eyes to some nice cool refreshing cucumber slices. counting the days!!!!!!!! im feeling spyro-gyra am, some ol steely dan afternoons. and the list goes on and on. Sorry rappers, no rap-crap played. RAP=retards attemping poetry. No offense-but pretty funny.
come and see-me-to-see!!!!!!!!!!

Great idea.

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Excuse Me...I almost fell into my lense grinder and made a spectacle of myself...

If you can find your glasses, you don't need them.

As a side note, while at BRC I keep my good glasses in my car with my drive-home-clothes in a plastic bag. I wear my spares and keep my really old specs in the tent just in case. ( I've even kept my old M-17 gasmask lens in hopes I someday aquire a mask.) I use oversize unvented painters' goggles over my glasses in the wind.

I think a repair station is a fine idea. I might need it. I've been known to set my glasses down, then sit or step on them by accident.
