Greetings from Warsaw, Poland

Post by merlinthe » Fri Jun 05, 2009 9:52 am

Just got tickets to U.S., just for Burning Man + a week before & after.

Me + girlfriend + my friend can't wait to get there! :)

BTW - we'll spend 2 days in SF and would like to meet some entrepreneurs / startuppers from the valley. Any suggestions on how to find them?:)

Cheers!
Tomasz

Welcome to eplaya, Merlinthe. Alas, I do not know any entrepeneurs in the bay area. But if you're looking to meet any donkeys or mules, let me know.

I can't. I did teach myself some rudiments after the wall fell, but I didn't get to Prague until 07.

Da Mule, dzień dobry to you, and dziękuję! :)

I will just walk on streets, and ask for entrepreneurs then.

And Czech people are funny!

Hey merlinthe. Welcome to the eplaya! Sounds like a fun trip. Between the dot com bust and the current economy it might not be as easy as it used to be to find entrepeneurs in the Bay Area. Are you looking for people involved in a specific area? That might help narrow it down. Otherwise you might want to try the 3playa. Seems like thats a bay area playground. Good luck! http://bbs.3playa.com/

Hey...I'm an entrepreneur. Come and meet me! I was a starterupper too when I did my entrepreneurer venture. Problem is, it didn't work...now I'm just a W-2 wage earner (that means I now work for the Man...not the "burning" man though). But now I'm wiser, healthier and happier that ever before. See you on the Playa!!

There's a few.
It would help to know what kind of entrepreneurs you're looking for.

He's got those dangly things on his letters. I'd be afraid of them breaking off.

I almost recognize some of the words. And I think I know that that at least two of them are prepositions.

Actually, I was surprised how much Czech I remembered in 07; I had only learned for a few months out of a book more than a decade before.
