BM Virgin, Looking for tips and camp/project

Hello :D , i am a BM virgin from around Chi , IL, i know kinda little late jumpin in on this but i really really want to be at BM this year and would love to meet up with some established burners , im all about participating and am open to just about everything , and am looking forward to a grand adventure, any tips or tricks/ advice about having the best time would be greatly apreciated, ive alrdy checked out the survival guide, and suggested reading, more looking for some inside tips, cant wait to hear from yea

Welcome to eplaya majincroix! If you don't know there's a regional going on at the end of June. It would be a good chance to meet up with your local burners and it's cheap!
