Welcome.
Your anglais is fine.
You're already more coherent than some of the native english speakers here.

Unless you are planning a project that requires approval for fire or some other safety reason or need a reserved spot, you can set up anything in the camping areas.
I can't recall if you need permission to set something on the playa, but you do need to put marker lights out.

You can easily find many places that need your help when you arrive, as it is an overly ambitious group.
At the end of the week, many people are burning out and even the biggest groups may need all the help they can get.

If you have particular skills or interests, let people know and you may find a good match.

Someone will always need a hand on the playa, somewhere at any given time.

You can set up anything out on the deep playa as long as it is secure, lighted, not in a street and not infringing on other art pieces. And you leave no trace when you take it down.

I'd suggest attending first and just letting the art happen to you.

welcome eHome.
