The person below me
Nope. I get four digital channels on my rabbit ears out of Chico, California: 12.1, 12.2, 24.1, ansd 24.2. All the same damn corporation. I lost all the analog stations out of Sacramento, Chico, and Redding, no PBS now, no movies, no variety.
TPBM gets cable, and thinks the poor don't need entertainment, they need to work harder...losers.
WARNING thread drift.. Remember when phones went pushbutton, or cellphones dropped analog, or tv went digital? How's that working out? Service better? Reception better? Costs down? Does anyone else see the parallels with Iran's recent media crackdown? Next will be AM radio, then no private mass media allowed without reveiw or censorship.
Then gov't will want net addresses from all computer bloggers. Oh wait, they've already got that...

True, I do get cable, but only for the ease of high-speed internet access, I don't think anyone needs TV for entertainment purposes, but without TV, what would you aim your living room furniture at ?
If you have internet, you can watch almost any thing that is on TV, plus a whole lot more.
TPBM loves bubble gum ice cream.

Well... No, actually. Although, I imagine extra virgin olive oil would make a wonderful lubricant/moisturizer, the smell would turn me off. Anyway, I am avoiding fat in all its forms (and I am down 50lbs since January because of it!), so I don't use oil on very much. Balsamic vinegar on the other hand...
TPBM has yet to discover the joy of balsamic vinegar and bleu cheese crumbles on a salad. MMMMMMMM!

I love the taste and smell of EVOO, especially on sourdough bread in an Italian restaurant while waiting for her ravioli in clam sauce. YUM!!!!OregonRed wrote:Well... No, actually. Although, I imagine extra virgin olive oil would make a wonderful lubricant/moisturizer, the smell would turn me off.

I really do!!! The fact that they always show toned, thin, beautiful people eating the high fat, high cholesterol, high sodium crap that fast food joints pass off as "food" irritates me! They should be showing the North American Speckle-backed big-butt (Their natural habitats are fast-food joints, Wal-marts, and trailer parks) in their commercials. It would be more honest.
TPBM is now craving a cheeseburger.

I had gastric bypass 3 years ago and lost 140 pounds but I still crave fucking cheeseburgers.
When I eat one, though, it makes me terribly ill and I barf.
TMI. Fuck!!!
I especially love those mini sliders.
TPBM needs to describe in detail what the color RED does to them.
edited because I failed to highlight RED in RED....and I'm anal about that.

I am RED!!!! LOL!
Red was my favorite color as a child, and is still my father's to this day. Red makes me think of roses, fast cars, sexy lipstick, berries, and love. It is the color of passion and (I believe) impulsiveness. All in all... RED ROCKS!!!
TPBM is counting the days until we see each other again!

I do still have boxes of vinyl that I can't seem to get rid of, and I haven't owned a turntable in years.
TPBM still has music that they believe sounds better on vinyl.
TPBM know Fishy is wrong about the "hedgehog" above.........but, doesn't want to give away the answer

Fuck yeah.
I'm consulting my tarot cards daily, reading, listening, manifesting good karma and magickal dreams, doing my spells in good thought, doing my part to bring about greatness and desires, collecting up my supplies, making costumes, hoping, wishing, and believes whatever is in my future will happen, thinking positively, BUT if it don't...well, I'm still a happy Grannypoo Monkeypoo. 2010 ain't that far off.
