MV licensing site Problems, Help!

Does anyone else have trouble accessing the DMV pre-registration?
I have tried and tried and tried to get to it but the furthest I can get is the terms and conditions. When I click on "Accept" I am sent to an error page.
Frustrating!
I don't have much time!
Please help?!

BTW I am using Safari with a high speed connection.

You have to log in seperately, and possibly make a whole nuther' profile to do so sometimes.

If you have already done that then keep on trying, procrastination makes the server bog down with too many last minute applicants trying at once in the last few days.
We have an obligation to make space for everyone, we have no obligation to make that space pleasant.

I just got all the way through the hoops in about two minutes.

Maybe safari is the problem ?
