Hi there!

ME:
I'm a seasoned BM resident with an amazing sound system, a big heart, and the desire to get myself to burningman to contribute beautiful experiences!

THE SYSTEM:
The system is 22, 18" bagend subs and 3 sets of tops with 30,000 watts of perfectly matched crown amps and all outboard gear to make club sound happen in the middle of the playa. Enough for a very loud outdoor area for 500-800 peeps! The last time I took it out there, you could hear it way out in the playa. It's glorious!

THE MUSIC:
I hope you have your own DJs too, and I want to work with you. Either way, I have connections that can supply an amazing roster of talent globally â€“ I hope to invite artists that are already there to play on our system.

YOU:
Have a cool camp somewhere in the sound zone (the outer perimeter). Maybe you have some basic speakers, and would welcome professional sound, or better yet, you've got an amazing art exhibit and would love to compliment it with good, tasteful electronic music.

My first reaction was to remove this post after seeing how upset you are, but then I decided to leave it and let others be the judge.

Hey, I told you this was not the place to find a home for your sound system for money... I get you can't afford to do it on your own. I told you there were more appropriate venues and deleted your post after explaining you couldn't do it by simply not mentioning the cost. And still you posted. Complete disregard for the TOS, the community, and my efforts to stick to the moderation guidelines. I could just keep deleting you, but I want you to see how the eplaya reacts to commerce, so perhaps you would believe me when I say "bad idea".

Hi Neuronut,

I'm putting together a big fire spinning expose on Thursday night in the deep Playa. It is going to be a wild crazy time out the and I would love it if you can roll out your sound rig out for our tunes.

If you had a big name DJ or two would also be super swell.

We will provide all the hot firespinning hotties, water bottles and well drinks for you and your crew. If needed we can probably scrounge up a can or two of diesel for your generator.

Let's meet on the north side of The Man on Thursday, dusk-30 or so.

I use EV800s for the bottom end of my home system and studio horns for the top end in my car.
Love their studio stuff.

So, are you trying to do this for expenses and participate (which some people have still objected to) or participate and make a profit, or just market some equipment during a downtime?

Great, great sound, but OHMYGOD!!! the heaviest speakers I have ever seen and very small.
We ended up moving them by forklift.
Few camps realize how much potential volume center cafe has now, if they wanted to annoy people.

oh boy.... I got a taste of it... was camping in center camp last year and i am PRETTY sure the ground was shaking under my tent and i couldnt have been much more than 300 feet away from the cafe.. if that
