4th of Juplaya for us, going to the res today to get some more bang bang, bringing flaming toys, lots of shade, RV and Air conditioner, hundreds of friends......and Gravy !!
We have an obligation to make space for everyone, we have no obligation to make that space pleasant.

Fishing at the ol' ponds south of Oroville. Beach chair, umbrella, couple-o-beers. If I get hot, go swimmin'. Maybe berry pickin', but it's a little early. No fireworks here this year...dry,dry,dry.

This will be baby boy RJ's first 4th of July. Yay! Grandpa and me are getting some silly simple sparklers. Sammi has the night off from the piercing shop. I'm making southern-style pulled pork sandwiches and coleslaw. We all might just head on down to SacTown to see some fireworks in the sky. I can't wait to see the look on baby boy's eyes when he sees the fireworks!!! :P
