Lost the instructions to my shade structure. Help!

This is driving me nuts!!! I can't find the instructions to my shade structure shown in this picture. Unfortunately this is the best pic I've got of it.

I bought it in 2004 (from a fellow burner/company) advertising them on tribe.net. I bought it off the company's website. I remember that the company only sold this structure and specifically marketed and targeted burning man folks. I believe the company is based in SF, and it was shipped to me. I don't remember the name of the company which is the problem. My boyfriend thinks it's BRC shade, or Black Rock City Shade...but honestly it's been so long, who knows. I have googled endlessly and haven't found it.

The structure itself is super easy to put up. I'm sure I can figure it out, but I'd like the instructions since it's been so long.

Does this look familiar to any of you? Do you have this structure or know the website or someone w/ the instructions? It's a heavy duty tarp that's reflective on one side. It has ratchets, yellow tie downs, poles, tarp, and that's it.

Thanks!!

I'm assuming you also posted this question on tribe?
I have a feeling there's some sort of tag hanging somewhere on that thing. There's got to be something inscribed somewhere on the poles. There has to be a way to identify it by some sort of marking, then google the shit out of it.

Great advice! I didn't even think of that. I went out and looked just now and unfortunately, there's no markings on it whatsoever indicating the business name. The company that made them was really small and sold only this shade structure on their website. It was literally like a burner decided to makes some extra cash selling his shade structure design, a good design at that!

Thanks for recommending posting it on Tribe, I haven't done that yet but will now!

Yeah, because that Burning Man tribe gets a lot of traffic, you may get some info. Best of luck.

First.....you're a guy......you should NEVER read instructions.....EVER.....you should have your boy card taken away.

But really..........Take your shade structure to a park with a friend or 2 and see if you can figure out how it goes together.......bring some food and make a time of it......you might even find the tag that tells you who made the shade structure......you never know

Again, there's no tag. Thought I already mentioned that.

And I'm a girl, hence the name "Julz" as in Julie. I'm the one taking the picture. Guess it wasn't obvious though.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy!

I believe your shade structure is from www.blackrockhardware.com / Form & Reform.

Here is a scan of my well-worn instruction sheet:

Oh my god, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!

I truly appreciate this, you do not even know! It is from Black Rock Hardware, I guess my fiance was right about that being in the name.

And thank you for scanning in the directions. You just made my day!!!!!!!!!!
