Hi Rebbi;

Goathead's working the night shift and I'm keeping him company.

Also we're planning to meet for breakfast at Bruno's on Monday morning.

Where are you jetting off to?

heck, I have so much to learn here. I made a mess of that quoting thing. Oh well.

Okay, so how do you comment in between parts of a quote? How did you separate it when you did it?

g'mornin' ygmir thanks for finding the remote.

Never met JetSet yet but if he's the maintenance guy then I should send him my address! Caleb was goin' to come up here and fix a couple things this summer but that ain't happenin' now.

Sorry you won't be out to the playa Pinemom, but maybe I'll see you in town on Monday or Tuesday?

Hey Sputnik, you snuck in there while I was writing my message. Didn't see you.

What kind of weekend are you ready for? Celebrations and fireworks, eh?

Ygmir and Rebbi both made coffee this morning, what's your choice?

I'd not say JetSet is the "official" maintenance guy, but, when ever the doors squeak, he usually runs in and lubes 'em..........

g' morning ygmir;

I'm always counting on you to fill me in on who's who around here. And if Jet Set only does squeaky doors then I'll have to work on getting another maintenance guy. I can do squeaky doors myself, it's the big jobs I'm afraid to tackle alone.

Happy 4th of July weekend to y'all.

I'm getting excited about 4th of Juplaya. I don't even know what to expect but OED has some fireworks so I know it'll be fun.

HI Deb,

JetSet is a sterling character...............

dang those big jobs...........

sounds like you'll be having fun on the 4th........good for you..........

I'll be driving in the local parade, the Vets locally asked if I'd drive the fellows who can't walk so good in my army cargo/troop transport truck..........

should be fun.......

ygmir;

Good for you! That's great that you're helping out the vets.

I helped organize a 60th anniversary parade for our WWII vets in '06 - it was the anniversary of their return. We gathered a bunch of fellas like you with old restored jeeps and army cargos to parade the vets through the city for a Freedom of the City parade. I even raised enough money to bring an old Sherman tank here. It was a hit.

The best part is always spending time talking to the vets afterward in the mess. They have the best stories and they are the most anti-war proponents because they've seen it all.

Gotta figure out how to get my roof done this year. :(
