Yeah, I've thought about it, but that sounds like work. I'll see how difficult my comcast free page is to work up. I am NOT got IT skills.

Much of the wayward art is never documented, especially the ephemera which comes and goes on playa.

I have a stack of donated art which needs that special touch, and the bastard with the broken glass bit me this morning. Bastard broken glass.

Hushville is at DNA and 5:00. That means the Home for Wayward Art is most likely going to be at 5 and Extinct, the T-bone intersection. Final placement within the village is up to Ohio, of course, I hope we get that spot!

Makes visiting the Terminal Village easier!

I see "Box Camp" on the placement list as the back half of Hushville, but can't find it listed in theme camps. I'm confused. And worried. I still have to ook up "88". Always good to know who will be the neighbors.

We're sharing the block with Kidsville. Doesn't really affect me, I try for on the street. With the smaller foot print, things will be cozy. I think we have the potty bank again.

Let me get this straight. Hushville is at 5 & DNA. Kidsville is at 5:30 & DNA. Anti M's Home for Wayward Art is somewhere between 5 and 5:30 in Hushville.
But you might be placed on Extinct street frontage behind Hushville or on a corner? Easy enough to find that block.
I like to camp near Hushville, so I'll try to find a spot from 4:45 to 5. I'll go down 5 to Biology and work my out to find my spot. It's good to have a plan.

I will be IN Husville, but placed streetside, not in the interior. Probably facing Extinct on 5, but if I don't get the spot I'd prefer, I'll be on the perimeter of Hushville somewhere, on one of the streets. I am uber-easy to find, there's a sign.

The Home for Wayward Art was a roaring success. This is the first year we came home without excess art (except a few pieces I held back for repurposing). I have not yet counted the adoption cards, but I believe we moved over 400 pieces of art.

Thanks Fishy, and Lady D, and Genius, and Shambala, and Dragoinfly, and Hedy, and everyone else who donated such wonderful art, and for all the anonymous donations too. Couldn't have done it without you all! I know I'm leaving names out ... remind me, please.

And thanks Pinemom and the Boobians for wrangling the velvet ropes, they added the perfect final touch. I even had a LINE one morning, yes, a line and people took turns coming in to adopt. Wicked.

thank you, AntiM .... i loved it ...

although, silly me, i decided to take my painting a little late, like wednesday. there were few pictures but lots of index cards, it was hard to find a spot ... but i did, and started to leave, when some people hanging around the home called after me, asking if i painted my picture, and if so, to sign it ... which i did, with a red sharpie! it was up for all of 30 seconds .... darn ... but i'm glad it found a nice home. what a great idea ... i plan to bring more next year, and hopefully find something to adopt! thank you .... !

Thanks, I wish I could have seen it! The Home emptied daily, and I didn't often put out afternoon art because of the winds. The Home has NEVER emptied like that before!
