Glitter Camp needs NON-ELECTRONICA DJs for our fabulous Glitterbox on the Esplanade. Many of our residents will not be with us this year...

If you spin hip hop, funk, mashups, rock, electro rock, disco, pop then we are interested. We just need to hear a sample set on-line.

OK, breaks too.

We just ask, please, don't be a flake or a total amateur.

So give us a shout, and maybe we can have a fabulous time together on-playa...

Ahoy Burners!
The Nautilus X will be returning to the playa this year with our 6th voyage out to the burn. The Nauty is a refurbished fully functional 60' MAN coach that operated along the 38 Geary line for 18 years in San Francisco. She was the last of the MAN series buses retired from MUNI's articulated fleet in 2002. She has been reborn as a deep desert exploration submarine, entertaining while safely touring the playa art.

We are seeking Bands, DJ's, and Musicians that are confirmed to go to Burning Man 2009 and would be interested in performing onboard. We will venture out with nightly tours of the art with a constant flow of new BRC guests.

All performances are from the "Warped Core" which is the according central round section in the middle of the vessel. We can accommodate DJ's and bands with up to 4-5 members.

We have a sound system with internal speakers and a vinyl table set up with the option for plug input for other systems.

They'll all be busy fighting with other djs for the opportunity to play their records. Because we all know there are more djs than possible places to play sets. It's better than Thunderdome.

I love it! Dog knows there's enough fucking DJ's on the playa. It would fit in so well with the theme too. Survival of the fittest. Can you picture the bitch slapping, scratching, and hair pulling that would ensue? It could be "Battle of the Egos" night at Thunderdome.

thats not what i meant, but either way i suppose would be bad....

realize that most people who camp near us never come back to burning man, ever again.

unless they were deaf to begin with.

so, i'll ask again, who on the placement staff did you piss off?

Im confused, you said that your camp needs NON-ELECTRONICA DJs but ok, breaks too ?? Isn't breaks still considered EDM ??

Just curious.
