I would rather risk trichinosis and eat raw bacon than give canadian ham the dignity of calling it the "B" word.ChillyFire wrote:@deb , we just might have to have a canadian/american bacon cookoff of sorts!

Poor OED, I haven't been able to bring you any real Canadian bacon yet but I'll be sure to bring some to the playa for you to try. Those American marketers don't have a clue what they are talking about when they put the name of Canadian bacon on their packages. That stuff really is awful.
and I'm up for a cook-off. My bacon will win, for sure.

Hey ChillyFire;
I'm headed out tomorrow to start the trek. Just figured I'd let you know where our camp was placed.
For four years we were in 9:00 plaza but now we've been moved into the Center Camp area. Located on Evolution Rd, the outer ring around Centre Camp and we're at 5:30 on that road right between Art Car Camp and Home Brew Camp.
Drop in for a cook-off.
