Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!! And looks like you're doing a damn fine job! Me? I've been busy around the house. Played in my garden, repotted all my herbs and some flowers. Made a rock garden too with some river rocks. Looks bad ass! Did some research on Ukiah, found the group of people we were talking about me finding in advance, Mozy. I got it covered. Made some killer macaroni salad and added hard boiled eggs, crab, tuna, raisins, craisins, onion....YUMMO!!! Then I went back out in my garden. It needed some color, and I was missing working with clay and making my monsters for baby RJ, so I grabbed up some river rocks (about 10 of them) and I started painting them....now they are Monster Pet Rocks. :P RJ likes monsters. Been playing Mahjong and watching a Harry Potter marathon all day. Rode my bike again today. Went swimming. Got some sun.

Life is good.

I am sure there are all sorts of drink names that are not PC enough for you.

But then we are all DOOMED.
I really try to avoid PC prissiness. You'll notice I only talked about how I felt, not try and get anyone else to feel badly or change the name. Depending on age it could be left over from a time where racism was more acceptable. I do think we have a responcibility to honor the damage our past behavior has caused. I don't think getting namby-pamby about language is much help. Tends to cover up the root causes. Oh well.
its a picnic in the desert.

Not sure that I've met Laura. The name doesn't ring a bell. Sorry, does she have a playa name. Sometimes those folks use playa names too.

Hmmmmm

I think Ace Manallow renames her every year.
Hard to keep up with her names.

If I remember right her first year with Mecca was 03.

She works it every year.

Ah, I've probably met her then but can't recall for sure. I spend half my burn time at Media Mecca so i must have met her.

Is she a friend of yours?

Hey Monkeypoo; I already slept. It's 6AM here.

Goathead is she the red head or the blond with the cowboy hat? I think i've met them both actually. They both look very familiar.

Can't say as I blame her for adopting you. You being the nice goat and all!

I can't make it to the Playa again this year, so I'm sending my boobies - like I did in 2005. I sent a pic of them to various friends, and they sent them to friends, and so on and so on and so on. Some people made art projects out of them and put them on display. Oh, my boobies loved it! One friend made a life-size pic of them and had people stand behind them, then he took pictures of them. That was fun to see. They rode in Critical Tits, and they traveled ALL over the country too! Friends took them to the Burn and when the Man was burning, pics of my boobies were crumbled up and thrown into the fire!! My boobies had so much fun... When they came back, they had the best adventures to tell me about! :P

edited cuz I spelled crumbled wrong.

I've always been working during the burn. The newspaper camp is hard work. Well and lots of fun too. I love being part of that team. I get out and around a bit but I'm usually headed to an interview or something. Spend a lot of time at Media Mecca searching for the story. I love it.

This year I'm going to take one whole day off (Wednesday) from the paper but now everyone's got plans for me for that day. Special breakfast meet with Caleb's friends, news conference with Larry, wedding at 7, ePlaya meet & greet! Wow, I won't have a second to see anything!
