Looking for a ride out of BRC to Reno Airport

I will give this advice again in hopes that everyone needing a ride from BRC to Reno airport will see this.

Trying to secure a ride out of BRC ahead of time is like pissing up a rope. You will be meeting people around where you are camping who will be heading out of the event on the same day as you are. If you are civilized and not an outright butthole, you will easily get a ride from a neighbor. At very worse case scenario, take your stuff and get it all packed and the forth or fifth car that passes you will give you a ride.

Most people, myself included don't want to have to deal with a commitment to drive someone to the airport, but if there is someone needing a ride on my way out, I will be glad to offer a lift.

Remember, the later you leave on Sunday, the longer the lines will be to exit. I have always dragged my lazy ass out of my tent early and got on the road. There has never been a line and I just drive out of the event with no wait.

well I'm leaving monday morning to go back to reno..I hear sunday/monday afternnon are the worst so early monday is what im shooting for.My plane leaves at 645 Am tuesday so i want a nice shower bed in a hotel before I go.

Anyone know when the shuttles usually start posting schedules for the upcoming year? I'm trying to book airfare now, but I was hoping to try and select a time that would mesh well with a shuttle service to and from brc.

Technically, the few buses are not shuttles. I think biobus ran into problems with airport licensing or some such and had to pick up at another location. Use the links provided above, they are some of the few options. As for when, it is simply too early yet.
